Pokemons! I love Dedenne, Buizel, Riolu, Lucario, Zeraora and Dedenne (for various reasons).
Journalling! A really good way to sort through your thoughts is to write/ draw it out and sticking cute stickers- instead of rummaging over all the drawers and lockers in your brain. Would be a pain in the ass if you accidentally opened a Pandora's box off therapy.
If you're feeling up for a challenge, I put together a guide which goes over the structure of how this layout is built, along with some specific tips on how to edit it in certain ways.
Also, watch the chiikawa cartoon/ anime please! It is bite sized (1 min short simple cartoons) and so destressing. Trust me. I chucked for the first time in 4 months.
