Pokemons! I love Dedenne, Buizel, Riolu, Lucario and Zeraora (for various reasons).
Journalling! A really good way to sort through your thoughts is to write/ draw it out and sticking cute stickers- instead of rummaging over all the drawers and lockers in your brain. Would be a pain in the ass if you accidentally opened a Pandora's box off therapy.
Also, watch the chiikawa cartoon/ anime please! It is bite sized (1-min simple cartoons) and so destressing. Trust me. I chuckled for the first time in 4 months. I was once in a depressed state which I thought I had some sort of dyslexia, and this is the only piece of entertainment with a plot that I can digest.
